In December 24th, Changzhou city innovation development and reform think-tank set up in Changzhou. The new think-tank construction will provide decision support for the scientific and technological innovation.

The think tank set up a Changzhou city innovation and Development Advisory Committee, will put forward a special research topic and organize and participate in the implementation, submit report or advisory opinions; and in scientific research institutions jointly established by the five Changzhou city innovation and industry reform and Development Research Center for electronics, printing 3D printing, Internet plus, cloud computing, big data and other emerging industries, to carry out the research on the industrial strategy, technical and economic analysis, the major project feasibility demonstration work. To carry out the construction of service system of science and technology, technology and financial integration, leading enterprises, high-end talent agglomeration, innovation and optimal allocation of resources to absorb the research work; and to carry out the construction of regional innovation system, Changzhou South of Jiangsu national independent demonstration area construction, new construction of industrial agglomeration area.
